By accessing or using Adventures of Uzay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you accept these terms on behalf of your child.

Adventures of Uzay is an educational driving game designed for children. The App allows users to explore virtual city maps, discover landmarks, learn educational facts, and play mini-games.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

The App is designed for users of all ages, including children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from children and complies with applicable children's privacy laws, including:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• Applicable provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The App does not require account creation. All game progress is stored locally on the device.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional city maps. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, audio, maps, game mechanics, and code, is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

Adventures of Uzay does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All game progress and settings are stored locally on the user's device. The App does not use analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, or any third-party data collection services.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

The landmark facts and educational content provided in the App are intended for entertainment and general educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

The App should not be relied upon as a sole source of factual information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
